TEWKSBURY – Chief Ryan Columbus reports that the Tewksbury Police Department arrested and charged two individuals with trafficking fentanyl. 

JUAN TORRES-PENA, AGE 36, of LAWRENCE, was arrested and charged with the following:  

  • Trafficking Fentanyl (18 Grams or More, But Less Than 36 Grams) 
  • Operating with a Suspended License 
  • Conspiracy to Violate Drug Law (Felony) 

DIANA CUSTODIO-DISLA, AGE 30, of LAWRENCE, was arrested and charged with the following:  

  • Trafficking Fentanyl (18 Grams or More, But Less Than 36 Grams) 
  • Conspiracy to Violate Drug Law (Felony) 

On Wednesday, March 20 at approximately 3:42 p.m., as part of an ongoing investigation, the Tewksbury Police Narcotic Unit, with assistance from Billerica Police, arrested two individuals TORRES-PENA and CUSTODIO-DISLA in the parking lot of a business at 1910 Andover Street.

Tewksbury Police would like to thank Billerica Police Detectives for their assistance in the investigation.

TORRES-PENA and CUSTODIO-DISLA will be arraigned Thursday in Lowell District Court.  

These are allegations. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
