TEWKSBURY — Chief Ryan Columbus reports that an arrest has been made in connection with an armed robbery at a Shell Gas Station in Tewksbury in February 2025.
On Feb. 20, 2025, Tewksbury Police responded to reports of an armed robbery at the Shell Gas Station, located at 1975 Main St.
Through Tewksbury Police’s investigation, the suspect was identified as MICHAEL MORAN, AGE 46, of TEWKSBURY. During the incident, MORAN allegedly brandished what appeared to be a firearm at gas station staff and took about $200 in cash from the registers, along with multiple packs of cigarettes.
Following the investigation, Tewksbury Police issued a warrant for MORAN‘s arrest.
MORAN was arrested on Feb. 20, 2026, by Worcester Police Department on charges of:
- Armed Robbery
- Assault with a Dangerous Weapon
- Larceny Under $1,200
MORAN was previously arrested in Tewksbury in 2019 in connection to a similar incident.
These are allegations. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
