TEWKSBURY — Chief Ryan Columbus reports that the Tewksbury Police Department arrested and charged a Lowell man with larceny and breaking and entering. 

TYLER WRIGHT, AGE 27, of LOWELL, was arrested and charged with the following:  

  • Breaking and Entering During the Daytime 
  • Larceny from a Building 
  • Larceny under $1,200 

On Saturday, Aug. 31, at approximately 2:36 p.m. Tewksbury Police were dispatched to a home on Andover Street for a report of an unidentified individual who was inside the home. The individual ran into a nearby wooded area when the homeowners saw him on their property. 

Upon arrival, officers located the suspect identified as WRIGHT.  

During a preliminary search of WRIGHT, officers discovered mail that was not addressed to him and other items that belonged to the homeowners.

WRIGHT was arrested without incident.  

WRIGHT is scheduled to be arraigned in Lowell District Court on Tuesday, Sept. 3

These are allegations. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
