TEWKSBURY – Chief Ryan Columbus reports that the Tewksbury Police Department arrested and charged a man with trafficking fentanyl.

On Wednesday, Feb. 14, the Tewksbury Police Narcotics Unit conducted a traffic stop on an individual later identified as SOTO in the parking lot of a hotel on Andover Street.
Detectives located 11 grams of fentanyl and 1.5 grams of crack cocaine and took SOTO into custody at the scene.
SOTO was scheduled to be arraigned Thursday in Lowell District Court.
These are allegations. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
